Venue (UZH Main Building: KOL-G-217 & Lichthof Nord)
The conference takes place in the main building of the University of Zurich (Rämistrasse 71, 8006 Zürich). All presentations will be held in lecture hall KOL-G-217 (main building KOL, floor G, room number 217). Poster sessions and the conference apéro will take place in Lichthof Nord, the main court of the KOL building.
Getting There
By tram from Zurich Main Station («Zürich HB»): Take tram No. 6 or No. 10 (direction Zoo / Bahnhofplatz–HB) to the stop «ETH/Universitätsspital». From there it is a short walk to the KOL building. Trams 5 and 9 also serve the nearby «Kantonsschule» stop.
On foot from the city centre: It's roughly a 10–15 minute walk uphill from Zurich's old town to the main building.
By car: Central Zurich has limited and very expensive public parking. Public transport is strongly recommended. Please contact us in advance if you require accessible parking.
Accessibility
The KOL building is wheelchair accessible. Accessible restrooms are fitted with Eurokey locks (see eurokey.ch for details, or ask at the registration desk). If you have mobility, visual, auditory, or other accessibility needs, please contact the organizing committee in advance so we can help ensure a smooth experience.
Accomodation
The conference venue (University of Zurich, Rämistrasse 71) is centrally located, so most hotels in the city center are within easy walking distance or a short tram ride away. For the shortest commute to the venue, look for hotels or other accomodations around the university or Zurich's old town (Altstadt, Kreis 1).
