As a scientist and clinician, I have a strong interest in hearing and all aspects of related pathologies and therapies. This includes modern diagnostic and therapeutic technologies like Cochlear Implants or middle ear prostheses. Although language is the key element in human communication, many of its medical features and particularly its relation to modern therapy have yet to be explored. I am convinced that with the consortium of Language & Medicine we will further discover these interrelations to better assist our patients.
