In my role as a researcher at STRIDE lab, I focus on biomedical metascience. Trained in Computational Linguistics and Neuroinformatics, I apply Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to transform vast repositories of drug approval reports, preclinical and clinical trial documents, and other biomedical publications into structured insights. My focus has been on animals testing in preclinical trials. The broader goal of our research group is to uncover patterns that predict translational success or failure. Apart from that, I am also working on accelerating manual data annotation through AI‐driven assistance.
